Dalgona coffee recipe originated from South Korea’s honeycomb toffee candy is viral on social media these days. People at social media are challenging each other with the preparation of ‘Dalgona Coffee’ at home.

Dalgona coffee is a similar version of beaten coffee. This is easy as well as tasty to prepare.

Dalgona Coffee Recipe Ingredients:

Instant Coffee – 2 Spoon
Sugar – 2 Spoon
Water – 2 Spoon
Ice Cubes – 2 per Glass
Milk – ¾ Glass

How to Make Dalgona Coffee Recipe Preparation:

Take a bowl, add instant coffee, sugar, and water to it.

Mix it with the help of whisk, blender and in case whisk and blender not available, you can do it manually with the help of a spoon.

The electric blender will take 4-5 minutes to prepare whipped cream whereas; if you do it manually it will take a lot of patience and around 10 – 12 minutes.

Whisk till the texture become silky and smooth. The texture will change its colour to light brown and will change into a thick foamy paste.

Take a glass, add 2-3 ice cubes and pour ¾ glass of milk. Now dollop and swirl the coffee paste over it.

Garnish it with coffee powder or choco chips and the dalgona coffee is ready to serve.

Note:

  • If you want mild coffee, you can add 3 spoon sugar and 2.5 spoon water to it.
  • If you do not whisk properly, coffee may dissolve in the milk and will not float over it.
