  • 120 gms self-rising flour or  all-purpose flour
  • 175 gms fish fillets, eg, cod, trout, etc.
  • 1 egg white
  • 160 ml light beer
  • 1 large potato
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder

  1. Put a large skillet on the flame.  Opt for a large,  pan.  Avoid anything too deep like a pot.
  2. Combine the flour, baking powder, and curry powder in a bowl.  Whisk them together with a whisk so that they are well combined.
