  • Beef brisket 6 lbĀ 
  • Traeger prime rib rub 2 tbsp
  • Bacon Ā½ lb
  • Chopped onions 2
  • Diced garlic 4 cloves
  • Chopped tomatoes 28 oz
  • Chilli sauce 12 oz
  • Beef broth 2 cups
  • Brown sugar 1 cup
  • Apple cider vinegar Ā¼ cup
  • Beer 1 bottle

  • Plastic wrap

  • Large baking dish

How to make Traeger Brisket Recipe?

  1. Start by preheating the Traeger grill to 180 degrees F with the lid closed for at least 15 mins.
  2. Take the brisket and season it with a 1.5 tbsp prime rib rub and make sure that all sides of the brisket are well covered with the rub.
  3. Place the brisket on the grill and close the lid and allow to smoke for 2 hours.
  4. After 2 hours, remove the brisket from the grill and wrap tightly using plastic wrap.

  16. Remove from the grill once the internal temperature of the brisket reaches 203 degrees F.
  17. Place the brisket on a cutting board and allow to rest for 15 mins.
  18. Add the juices from the baking dish to a saucepan along with apple cider vinegar and allow it to boil until it reduces to a sauce-like consistency and remove it from the heat.

  • Whole packer brisket 1 trimmed
  • Beef broth 1.5 cup
