  7. Place the steamed asparagus spears on a platter and cover with the breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese.
  8. Now pour the lemon butter over the breadcrumbs and garnish with parsley and serve.

  • Egg yolks 2
  • Warm water 1 tbsp
